Is building a CV on Mosali free?
Yes. Building a CV, editing it and publishing your profile are free. A subscription is only needed to download a document as PDF, PNG or TXT.
Do I need a CV to start?
No. Describe your background in a few sentences and the AI produces one. If you already have a CV, upload it: we pull the information out rather than making you retype it.
Who can see my profile?
You decide. A published profile is reachable at its address, and recruiters can find it in their search. Your phone number and postal address stay hidden by default.
Can I use Mosali in French?
Yes. The site and the app exist in French and English, and you can switch language at any time from the footer.
What does posting a job cost?
Employer pricing is shared when you create a company account. Write to us if you are hiring and want to discuss it first.
Is my CV used to train an AI?
No. Your documents are used to produce your documents. They are not sold, and they are not used to train a model.
How do I delete my account?
From your account settings. Deleting removes your profile and your documents. Cancelling a subscription does not delete anything on its own — the two are separate.
A recruiter contacted me, is it really them?
Messages go through Mosali. We never ask for a payment in order to apply, and no legitimate employer does either. Report any request for money to us.
