Before you apply

Read two things back:

• Your headline. It is the first line a recruiter reads. "Accountant" says less than "Senior accountant, six years in practice".
• Your three most recent roles. The rest is rarely read on a first pass.

Tracking your applications

Every application appears in your account with its status. You can see what has been opened and what has not.

If the posting is closed

A posting past its closing date stays readable but stops accepting applications. The link keeps working — it just answers the question you came with.
